Currently, due to changes in Android specifications, some Android devices are experiencing an issue where "Wi-Fi information connected using QR Code cannot be deleted".
Customers using the following Android devices will likely be affected.
- Devices with Android 11 or later OS
- All Wi-Fi information connected using QR Code

As an interim measure, there are two ways to handle this issue.
You can delete the connection information or disable the auto-connect feature by using the following methods.
- Turn off the auto-connect feature
- Turn off Wi-Fi access rights temporarily
Turn off the auto-connect feature
You can turn off the auto-connect feature to a specific Wi-Fi by following the steps below.
Please note that the Wi-Fi information itself will remain without being deleted.
* Procedures and menu items may differ depending on the device.
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Open "Network & Internet".
- Select "Internet".
- Select the access point with problem
- Turn off "Auto-connect".
- Select "Disconnect".
Turn off Wi-Fi access rights temporarily
You can delete the connection information by following the steps below.
Please note that the all Wi-Fi information connected using QR Code will be deleted.

- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Select "Apps".
- Select "Special app access".
- Select "Wi-Fi control".
- Select QR Code.
- Turn off "Allow app to control Wi-Fi", then turn it on again.
